It’s like giving birth, there are painful contractions as you face and dive into the darkness and pain to reveal the the true Self - it’s birthing a new way of being, your True Self.

Spiritual Direction is centered around the realization of your Soul, its evolutionary path and healing the Psyche. Everything we experience is created in the mind, even the body, so it involves resolving unhealed trauma, transforming limiting beliefs, letting go of distorted programming, transcending lineage patterns and feeling and seeing the entirety of your experience thus far. It takes radical responsibility, willingness and devotion, and an openness to healing your relationship to God.

As a Spiritual Director, Keeley is here to create a scared container and guide you as a loving, accepting presence to help illuminate your path, connect to your Soul, uncover deep truths, shift beliefs, face the darkness and hold space as you feel the pain, to remember how to let go and surrender to your Soul and, to God. Keeley serves as a conduit of universal truth and wisdom to nurture your spiritual remembrance and development as you dive deep into your internal world in a safe and loving container.
